“Hands down thee best place to learn REAL Self Defense!! They have kids “Bully Proof” classes, women’s self defense classes, street ready fundamental classes, and Advanced classes. They have something for everyone, each with its individual focuses in real life scenarios. Javier is not only one of the most passionate instructors I have ever met but, he also has a way of articulating and breaking every move down in to simple to understand steps, that anyone can follow. His experience as a professional fighter shows, in his deep understanding of positions in which you can hit from, creating predictable behaviors, getting to “absolute advantage” to control your opponent, High class wrestling techniques and stand up striking. My kids train here, as well as my wife and myself. The facility is one of the cleanest I’ve encountered, with some of the most friendly staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. This creates a easygoing, relaxed environment in which one can focus on learning and progressing in the system.
