“I have been in Cedar City for a couple of weeks. K.A.L.A. Welcomed me into their academy like family. The instruction has been outstanding and the rolls have been tough and fun. I got the chance to watch their kids classes having a fun learning and was able to train both gi and nogi with the adults and teens.
