Jack knows how to safely push the students outside of their comfort zone while while keeping them safe. Students learn that through hard work and staying focused they have the ability to accomplish anything (whether on or off the mat). I definitely recommend MAO for both children and adults and I am looking forward to possibly signing up for the women's jiu-jitsu classes.”

“Went here with Kent state chaarg for kickboxing and ohmygosh it was ~the best~!!! I love kickboxing and this was by far the best class I’ve taken!! I had such a great time sweating with my fav girls and both the instructors there were absolutely amazing!! You guys made me work my butt off and I absolutely will be coming back!!
