Bob is amazing instructor and very dedicated to teaching and progressing you along the way. Students are from all backgrounds and walks of life. I highly recommend you come take a class and I promise you won’t regret it. The only thing holding you back is YOU! Even if you any size shape it doesn’t matter everyone should know how to defend themselves.”
