Sensei Eddie Bates is amazing! He works really well with the kids and adults. He trains in different martial arts. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Sensei for working hard with our son.

Kihon MMA is a great place to learn martial arts. Every class they run drills and practice different techniques until they have it down. Sensei Eddie Bates is not only a great teacher but a mentor for the kids as well. Teaching them more than martial arts, he also teaches them life values and lessons. He pushes the kids to do their best and teaches them how to believe in themselves. He as well rewards kids who are doing well in school as well and reminds the kids how important school is. Putting the kids in this Dojo is one of the best investment's I have done in my life.

Good mixture of technique on several martial arts, cardio, strength and fun. Each day is different and that keeps it interesting and lively. New students are welcomed in and not made to feel like outsiders. Great place to train for a future in the sport or as a family. The owner is personally invested in each of his students and takes great pride in their achievements. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get into martial arts or sharpen their skills.

If you're just looking for somewhere to send your kid to keep them off the streets, this place is ok. If you're an adult who wants to train to be a fighter, find somewhere else to. Most ppl in the adult classes are around 15 years old. Theres is little to no actual instruction. He basically demonstrates the move or drill once and leaves you to practice it on your own with your partner. This is a glorified daycare center
