“I can’t say enough good things about Kimura BJJ! We had our eye on their training facility back when we lived in Boston, but our kids were too young (or so we thought) to join at the time. When we moved to South Florida, we couldn’t believe they had a second training center 10 minutes from our house. What stands out most is their incredible ability to work with young students, especially our 4-year-old daughter. She’s naturally timid, and stepping into BJJ was way out of her comfort zone. It takes a special talent to train the youngest of students, and the instructors here seem to have it in spades. They’re incredibly kind, disciplined, patient, encouraging, and so skilled at making her feel safe and supported. We are watching her grow more comfortable and confident, which is more than we could have hoped for. The facility is top-notch and clean, but it’s the staff that make it feel like everyone is family!”
