I have been with the school for about 3.5 years now, and it has become a second home for me. The instructor, David, is awesome. I've been coming 2-5 days a week for the jiu jitsu program since I started, and everyday is always something new and fun. But my favorite thing about Knuckle Up has got to be the people here. From the very first day I walked in the door I felt welcomed, everyone is always very friendly and willing to help me whenever I need. So anyone looking for a fun and engaging way to workout, just come in and visit us.”

“Wish my experience was better. I emailed inquiring about Jiu Jitsu and received a call back 4 days later (which I was unable to answer). Called back the following day and was greeted with an agitated "hello?". After confirming I called Knuckle Up we unfortunately had cell connection issues which further agitated the man on the phone. He called me back and we spoke briefly about classes but after one smart remark too many I asked his name (David) and told him this gym isn't for me. I wish David had mediocre phone skills, suggest hiring a dedicated secretary. Recommend anyone inquiring this gym to see David in person because he may be a decent guy, but I'll never know. I can't waste the time - deal with enough "macho" men in the military.”
