“Kogaion is run by two black belts, Victor and Beatrice. Both are extremely welcoming and set a high standard for both BJJ instruction and the culture they have fostered at their gym. Although I have moved to a gym that is closer to my home, I still attend the women's open mat (every Friday and Sunday) which is hands down the best women's open mat in the DMV.
