“New to BJJ. Always wanted to do it but always had an excuse…..until now. Joining Korfhage at age 42 was easily one of the best decisions I have made. Almost 3 months in and my stamina and cardio has improved drastically. The instructors teach in a step by step process at a speed that everyone can understand. My 7 year old son also does BJJ. It’s easily his favorite night of the week. I highly recommend Korfhage/ Caio Terra BJJ!”
