“5 Stars!! - I was visiting from out of town and needed a place to train when I discovered Kraken BJJ. From the start, they made it very convenient to get in touch and arrange a trial class. As a Blue belt in BJJ from another gym in Canada, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly owner/Professor, Tony, and the other BJJ students, making me feel right at home. He is extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated various techniques ranging from basic to advanced, which are essential which anyone can learn. The facility itself is very clean, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing, with plenty of open space for those who enjoy wrestling. Training here felt just like being at my home gym, with everyone helping each other out in a judgment-free zone. Whether you're looking to take your first class, an advanced BJJ athlete or just passing through town and want to keep up with your training, definitely give check out Kraken BJJ call/shoot them a text to sign up.
