The extensive kids' program is excellent for building skills and confidence, while a dedicated group of ladies trains consistently, creating a motivating environment. Communication is solid but the gym is in a rougher neighborhood, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to enhance your BJJ skills. Highly recommend!”
