“My 6 YO son started these classes a few times a week about two months ago, and it's been so awesome seeing the kids (girls and boys) learn some techniques in a safe environment. They also learn confidence, discipline, focus, sportsmanship, respect, and they have fun with their friends. The younger class is a perfect thirty-minutes starting at 4:30p. We like to go a little early to let them run around and warm up a bit after school. The coaches are very patient, thorough, and just great people. They handle any misbehavior during the sessions in a very constructive way. This is the perfect activity for our family, because we suffer from severe allergies and most outdoor sports are too difficult to enjoy. Overall, I can see how many skills he's building, and it's time and money well spent. My husband also signed up - he's enjoying it, too. He's had a few one-on-one sessions and a few group classes. I haven't been able to attend those, but can see he comes home totally spent with +/-700 calories burned in an hour! We're thrilled to have this business in our community (it's a new location, but not a new business)!”
