I was treated like family when I walked in. Stop in and see Nick & Rachel today! The fundamentals Gi class is great starting point if you are new to Jiu-jitsu. There are intermediate classes for those who have the fundamentals down. Your kids will enjoy the safe fun environment!”

“Have been to a few gyms over the years and this one is right at the top. Awesome coaches, awesome atmosphere, awesome mentality. Safety-first approach while still allowing people to train competitively if they want. No pressure approach, classes for all skill levels. Would recommend.”

“Dropped in to Lake effect while I was in Marquette for a few days. I’ve been training for about 15 years and got some great rolls in - Nick is a tough black belt and his junior belts are skilled too. If you’re in from out of town like I was you should absolutely give it a try, and if you live in the area and want to try Jiu jitsu you owe it to yourself to come by and at least try a class. You will not regret it.”
