“I was staying in the Lancaster area for a couple of weeks and needed a place to drop in and train. Ended up going to Lancaster BJJ and I'm glad I did. The instructors were very welcoming and I ended up getting some great training in while away from home. Will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the Lancaster area.”

“I knew this gym had a decent bit of girls, so I was pretty excited when I got the chance to visit. Everyone is amazing, Mark is so welcoming, and the gym has a decent amount of black and brown belts with so much knowledge to give (shout out to Will, who keeps finding new ways to use my own Gi against me). Their kids' program is flourishing, and the teenagers are some of the most humble, respectful teens I have ever met. All around great school and if you're looking for womens only or a good kids program, this is 10/10 the place.”
