“Laviano Jiu Jitsu provides excellent instruction for those that want to learn jiu jitsu. The curriculum emphasizes the fundamentals of Brazilian jiu jitsu, which is self defense. In addition, "sportier", complex techniques are taught to higher belts, particularly students that compete. The instructors teach both gi and no gi. The environment is friendly and positive.”

“My first day there, I walked in nervous as heck, but the coaches definitely helped me to get comfortable quick. I love teaching and the patience ( It takes me a little longer to get everything down lol). All in all it's an amazing place and the coaches are phenomenal. Also, the Ladies kickboxing class is a plus!”
