“This gym specializes in gi and nogi jiu-jitsu. This is a great place to learn self defense as well as sport jiu-jitsu. Joey Scanlan is a world champion brown belt who is exceptionally knowledgeable. I've known him for over 3 years and have learned so much from this guy and have tested it at other gyms and his systems are tested and proven to be effective at any other gym that I've been to.
