“Before getting into Muay Thai I went to basically all the gyms in the Manassas/woodbridge area and immediately knew where I was going when I when I saw their environment. In terms of Muay Thai, all the coaches are great and Leo Dalla is one of the only gyms that has a really good intensity which helped me and others learn really fast. Even with the intensity, every fighter is super nice to talk to and is always very humble. Overall, quality training for all levels and a very family like environment.
