“We love this place. I know about Leo Dalla Martial Arts because of my brother. He used to train with Master Leo Dalla about 12+ years ago until he moved due to the military. My 11 year old daughter started training BJJ with coach Simone for a couple of months now. You can see the change in her confidence and self discipline. This has also helped her in other sports, she is one of the though ones on her soccer team, she plays with 13 year old girls, and not scare of the ball or anyone coming up to her to aggressively, she stands her ground. Ms. Simone is the most genuine and sweet human being. She had a true love for the kids, we see ourselves staying here for many many years.”

“Before getting into Muay Thai I went to basically all the gyms in the Manassas/woodbridge area and immediately knew where I was going when I when I saw their environment. In terms of Muay Thai, all the coaches are great and Leo Dalla is one of the only gyms that has a really good intensity which helped me and others learn really fast. Even with the intensity, every fighter is super nice to talk to and is always very humble. Overall, quality training for all levels and a very family like environment. Easily the best gym in the area for Muay Thai and BJJ.”

“First the instructor is an amazing amazing teacher very nice and very thorough with his instructions. I went in last night and the other people who were practicing were VERY willing to help me out with techniques.
