My boys have learned invaluable lessons in self control, self-defense, setting and meeting personal goals, and perseverance. I myself attended a self defense seminar where I learned many things that I can use in my daily life. I highly recommend!”

“An amazing culture and place to learn and enjoy the art of BJJ. The instructor takes time to clearly provide instructions and the rationale for what he is teaching. For both adults and kids the senior members of the gym take the time to welcome you and to assist you as you grow.”

“I have a friend who has two grandchildren enrolled at LifeQuest. It has been one of the best decisions ever made for them. The instructors deeply care for their students and settle for nothing less than the best. Belts are earned, not given. I would highly recommend this school. If you have a child or grandchild who is being bullied, check out LifeQuest. If they need more confidence, check out LifeQuest. If they need to learn to be more disciplined and focused, check out LifeQuest. You will have no regrets about enrolling at LifeQuest. Adults can also benefit from learning martial arts while getting a good workout. You just need to check them out! They definitely get a 5-Star from me.”
