“This is a great place to learn grappling and self defense from some of the best teachers. I recommend this gym for beginners, advanced levels, and competitors. You'll meet a lot of good people here in a supportive environment.”

“Jiujitsu can be an intimidating sport to learn, especially for females but it truly is a life style. It is empowering and liberating. At this school you learn how to defend and protect yourself in a safe environment. The instructors are professional and laid back. The students are also teachers here and are always helpful. Lifestyle is the best place to learn the craft because they make it fun, comfortable and safe.”

“Excellent school for beginners, professor goes through the curriculum with a specific sequence per week so you get to practice the technique through at least 3-4 classes and get it into your muscle memory. This method of teaching works for me personally as I find repetition more beneficial than learning different techniques every class water hose style only to forget them by the next class. Their schedule is very accommodating for both people with traditional and non traditional shifts.”

“I first started training Brazilian Jiujitsu 7 years ago with my husband and have loved it since then. Professor Fabricio and the coaches have always been so patient and knowledgeable. It’s great to be a part of a school that has teammates who push you and encourage you. The school is always clean, organized and well maintained. If you’re looking for a place worth training, Lifestyle is the place to be.”

“I love this gym. It has excellent instruction that is perfect for beginners. It also has a fun and friendly vibe that isn’t machismo or aggressive. My Jiu Jitsu has improved considerably since coming here and I enjoy coming as much as possible.”
