“My daughter goes here and loves it. They have an awesome kids programs which trains kids in a fun way. I also like how they sometimes give the older and more experienced kids a chance to assist in training the younger kids. I also see several adults that are very serious about their training and fitness so they appear to have the best of both of those worlds. I was reluctant to put my daughter in a fighting or wrestling type program, but she begged for nearly a year and I'm glad I found this place.”
