Explore Jiu Jitsu Techniques“I’ve been training at Maloney’s Jiu-Jitsu for a while now, and it has been an incredible experience! From day one, the coach and members have made me feel welcomed and supported. The instruction is top-notch, with a perfect balance of technical expertise and real-world application. What sets Maloney’s apart is the community—it’s a place where everyone pushes each other to grow, regardless of your skill level. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, the environment is both challenging and encouraging. The facility is clean, organized, and well-equipped. If you’re looking to learn Jiu-Jitsu, improve your skills, or just get in shape while having fun, Maloney’s Jiu-Jitsu is the place to be. Highly recommend!”
“I've been going to Bob's for about 6 months now, and it's been a great experience. The mats are always clean, everyone is excited to learn and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Bob is a great teacher and you'll also have other students helping you out. I'd recommend this spot if you want the best value out of your money!”
“Bob is an incredible coach and a really positive person. It’s a great beginner gym to get started in Jiu Jitsu”
“I’ve been training with Bob for over a year. He’s an incredible instructor and has great upper belts that really help you progress and learn the technique’s that lead to success and improve in the sport. 100% Recommend!”
“I'm not sure what Kelly is going through in life, but it must be terrible if she has decided to get mad at a Down syndrome girl to cope (that, or she is just a mean lady). If she is going through something terrible, I wish her the best! If she is just a mean lady, then the appropriate response can't be written on Google :) Yes, phones have passcodes, but jiu-jitsu is not spelled "jiu jitzu," you can silence the WhatsApp; the coach's Down syndrome girl is pretty much the sweetest girl on earth, and I have no complaints about Coach Maloney or his professionalism. I have been to many jiu-jitsu schools, and this one is my favorite. I have been training here for three years.”
