Even if you don't consider yourself as a physically fit person, jiu jitsu relies on leverage and technique so anyone can do it. It is a great activity for men, women, and kids. Try a class for yourself next time you are in town, and I'm sure you will enjoy the experience. There is a full gym here as well with locker rooms and showers!”
