“I started my journey with all ladies in the Women's Empowered program. It provided me with the skills and knowledge to protect myself if I were ever in an unfortunate situation that many women find themselves in. I have more confidence than I've ever had and I even earned my Pink Belt in class. I still love it so much that I show up to class to help other ladies do the same. I also started doing combatives which is co-ed but there are many amazing ladies to pair up with each week. Learning more variations and skills to protect yourself. I love the environment so much.
