There are multiple classes through out the day, and week, for self-defense, gi, no gi, beginners, intermediate, and advanced classes. There are classes early in the morning, afternoon, and evening so no matter how busy your schedule may be you can find a time that works best for you. As a young man this is one of, if not, the best investments I’ve made in my life thus far. The owner is a 7x World champion, mma fighter, and 9degree bjj black belt who is also a professor that will teach you himself. Prices are fair, and you get what you pay for which is learning high quality martial arts with solid fundamentals that isn’t watered down by any means, and much more at this gym.”
