A white belt is treated with the same respect a black belt would, if you have a kid, adolescent, or if you are like myself a middle aged individual looking for physical activity with real life applications both mentally and physically; then I highly recommend this school.”

“The absolute best jiu jitsu school with an extremely talented, dedicated and skilled coach. Coach Shane's guidance with the children (and presumably the adults too!) teaches them not only self-defense, but respect, discipline and skills that will last a lifetime. He also has a great sense of humour! Highly recommended! Kids as young as 4 go these classes and he does classes for adults also.”
