“This place has become family! We started here for my son 2 years ago, then I joined, then both of my daughters joined. The coaches are great with children, explaining and demonstrating in ways they understand, and also great with adults, preparing adults to compete at the highest levels. We’ve had students in the adult class range from 13 to 60+ and there’s something for everyone to learn. The boxing program is awesome and growing fast! Dane is high energy and very knowledgeable. Everyone from coaches to students are friendly and family minded, no big egos, willing to help make everyone around them better. If you’re looking to learn a martial art or just get in shape, this is the place!”
