This facility prides itself on the team of practitioners it has built and is continuing to build. The members are welcoming and kind, especially to those who are new to the sport. It's been a breath of fresh air to walk into a gym and immediately feel like you're part of a team. Professor and all of the coaches are professional and detail oriented in their instruction. The student to instructor count is excellent for those looking for smaller classes and more focused instruction. I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking to join a team where you can learn practical skills while working up an incredible sweat. Most importantly for me, this school focuses on safety first. We all have something important to do tomorrow and don't want to be hurt while doing it.”
