Walking in for the first time can be intimidating but the environment and the vibe of the gym quickly washes that away within the first 5 minutes. “Over the last year I have been training with Coach Jack. I have gotten to know him and several regulars with the Academy. The environment is one that welcomes new faces and can tailor lessons to those with years of experience or no experience at all..
