“Signed up my family to train here at the beginning of 2022, the experience so far has been amazing. The community is very welcoming and supportive. I have seen improvements in my families physical and mental health since we have started training at Metro. Children, adults, women,it doesn’t matter who you are or your physical limitations, the Metro staff treats everyone equally and genuinely cares about their members. My daughter recently went to get surgery totally unrelated to anything Jiu Jitsu and the Metro owners and teammates visited her in the hospital and were constantly reaching out to offer support and check on her progress. It’s one thing to talk the talk “we are a great supportive community” but Metro actually follows through on that. Thanks Metro, y’all the best!”
