The facilities are clean, the coaches and sensei's are all great, and the programs are fantastic. As a licensed NRA instructor, Paul's deep knowledge of firearms, his engaging teaching style, and his unwavering commitment to safety were beyond impressive. The class was expertly crafted, blending theory with hands-on exercises, making learning both enjoyable and efficient. What set Paul apart was his focus on safety. “I love the amount of patience they have with the little ninja classes and my son loves seeing the range of ages that the coaches are; and always asking if he can go see them. I have a 4y that started who has such a hard time focusing and attending the classes have helped so much. They even give great encouragement to the parents of the real rambunctious kids like mine where I don't feel like I'm "that parent, with that kid" lol.”

“Metrowest Academy is absolutely amazing! My son has been going since he was just under 4 years old (now 7.5 yrs.) The class was structured perfectly for that age group so that the kids were learning, getting exercise and having fun! Now in the kids class, things are more serious, but the kids are still having fun while learning! Sensei Paul is great at keeping things new and exciting and coming up with creative ways to teach! Aside from the classes, he puts together many activities for the kids and families - Parents Night Out, Family BBQ's, bring your parents on the mat, fundraising events and food drives. The staff is amazing as well, always friendly and smiling! Metrowest Academy is not just a great place to learn Jiu Jitsu, it's become a community!”
