“Coach Stan and his amazing team of coaches has made for an amazing learning environment for my kids to learn BJJ. Also, so many of the older (more knowledgeable) kids have such a great attitude while showing the younger (not as knowledgeable) but still providing a challenge for them to work through. Strongly recommended if you’d like a great place to train!”

“I enrolled my son the month after he turned 4 years old and he now has been a part of this amazing family for close to one year. That was by far the best investment for my son. He looks forward to class every week and he is like a little sponge. If you are looking for a class for children as well as adults that will give you a workout, teach you how to defend yourself while keeping a good attitude please look them up. AWESOME!!!”

“My four year old is part of the children’s class and he absolutely loves it! Stan is great with the kids, and they have learned so much. One of my favorite parts of the class is that Stan teaches them how to handle bullying, which was very important to my husband and me. This program is worth every penny!!”

“We enrolled our 5 year old to try it and it's been one of the best decisions we have made. It's a great way to teach self defense but to also teach respect and awareness. We love it so much that the husband is now doing it too! Great clean place and the people here are fantastic!”
