“I came here on a layover while in Sioux Falls and had a great drop in. I messaged the owner about dropping in and he promptly responded within an hour to let me know I was more than welcome. I highly recommend checking out this gym if you are in the area. I could tell these guys were extremely passionate about jiu jitsu and the vibes reflected that.”

“I just took my first begginer class tonight and it was awesome. Very family oriented and approachable. The areas were clean and well organized. The instructors have a good knack for breaking techniques down so they are digestable. I also appreciated the private women's changing room and kids area. The kids area had toys and a little TV to watch movies on. 100% will be back next week to see what else I can learn.”

“Great gym overall! With only having wrestling experience before, I was able to adapt quickly into the art of jiujitsu with the help of everyone here. Instructors and students are very patient and always more than willing to roll and show you useful tips/techniques. Clean and extremely chill environment with a solid set of members!”

“I was in town visiting friends and dropped in to train. The atmosphere there is awesome. I was so impressed with Sawyers instruction during class I took a couple private lessons. Well worth it. Everyone there was eager and passionate about bjj. Definitely my go to spot when I'm in town. If you're interested in learning about bjj in Sioux Falls this is the spot.”
