“While visiting my family here in Nutley, I had the opportunity to train at Momentum BJJ with professors Julio and Rich. I live and train in Orlando Florida where I have access to top notch Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I can honestly say Momentum fits right in. Everyone was respectful, courteous and the environment was absolutely safe for visitors. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. I would highly recommend!”

“Awesome academy. I stopped by to get a few rolls in and Julio was more than welcoming. The vibes on the mat were pretty chill but his students were technical and tough. No easy rolls today. If you’re looking for a place to learn some high level bjj in a positive atmosphere this is the place. I’ll be returning for sure.”

“This gym has some of the best training partners and coaches anybody could ask for! I joined momentum back in 2018, spent the last 6 years here, hundreds of classes and lots of sweat. Let me just say that there is no other gym I'd rather train at! The quality of people here and camaraderie just simply don't compare. All I can say is, take that trial class! You won't regret it! 👍🏽”

“As a woman new to the sport, I feel completely safe, supported, and respected by all staff and the entire Momentum community. It's the reason I come back week after week. Different levels of class to choose from on various days and time slots, 7 days a week. Membership is reasonably priced. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or haven't been active for a while, alll of the instructors are top notch and are happy to meet you where you're at. I highly recommend Momentum.”
