“I love coming to Motion City BJJ for the Saturday women’s jiu jitsu class! This gym is clean, welcoming and professionally run. It is very family and kid friendly with both adult and kids’ classes and a waiting room with toys and games to keep younger kids occupied. The women’s class is free and open to all levels. It is fun to train jiu jitsu with other women in a very non-threatening, supportive environment.”
