“I have my 5 year old son attending. Coach Jerry is amazing with kids. Along with the other trainers that help him. Space is on the smaller side but he of course has a limit on how many kids he can take for his sessions. It is not crowded if it were just the parent and child. Although I would unofficially mention they will be upgrading to a bigger area from what I was explained. In lamest terms, I could care less about the location. Whether it be in a garage or whatever location. It's the people that work there that provide the quality. If you fear for your child's safety. Don't worry, they pair them up with someone that will ease them into the routine and would be careful and gentle.”

“Let’s be real, one leaves a review when they have had either a really great or really terrible experience . This is definitely the former! We love the coaches at Musquiz Jiu Jitsu! Coaches Jerry, Travis, and Nadia have been amazing with our daughter (10 y/o)! They even show up on their off time to provide her with additional support and tutelage. There are some studios in which one can “buy the belt” based on time in service; this is not one. Expect your child to earn their rank, while being FULLY supported by their mentors. With that said, please don’t be intimidated if your child has no experience ! Our daughter did not either, and she is loving every minute of her experience at Musquiz! She’ll even opt to go to practice over having a play date! Make the choice that is best for you and yours, but (if space is available), we hope to see you here!”
