Family atmosphere with a great kids program as well. Excellent coaches in Monte and Shandon. Been going almost five years now. I also believe they offer more classes at different times during the week than most gyms to help everyone out with flexible schedules. Drop in for a trial workout with them if you’re on the fence.”

“I've been going here about 4 months and I always look forward to going, I never have to "talk myself into it" like I always had to with other workouts at other gyms. The staff is great, the workouts are awesome. I've enjoyed every session I've ever gone to. My only complaint (but not worth a lower rating) is that I wish the evening adult kickboxing classes were a full hour instead of 45 minutes. It always feels it's over way to fast and I wish we could go just 15 more minutes. But regardless, I love NFC!”
