“Goo here: I have been in the martial arts & sciences since I was 8. Karate and boxing are the primary stand up the arts that I have trained. I run 2 karate studios and a boxing club now. I had heard good things about Mat Club & Neosho BJJ. I am not disappointed that I chose them. Their knowledge and patience are immense! If you want to learn BJJ, I recommend these 2 clubs.
