“Love it!! The head instructor, Jeff Sass, is excellent at explaining things, especially when you don't get it!! Along with the assistant coaches, everyone seems to be there to help you learn as well as practice themselves!! The kids classes look fun for the kids and is really neat to see them do the same moves as adults!! If I had kids, I would sign them up for the kids classes as well!!”
