“I had been coming to Monday and Wednesday night striking classes for 2 months as I work during the day and it was the only time that worked for me. The coach Joe told me these would be good days for me to come in. After 2 months of attending classes here regularly the owner of the business was there. As soon as I walked into the locker room he came in and aggressively asked me what I was doing there. When I explained to him these are the days I was told to come and that I was a newer member there he accused me of lying and interigated me about who I know there as these are usually advanced classes. He then proceeded to tell me I could not go to night classes even though the coach had told me I could. Was extremely rude and aggressive from the start when I was simply a paying customer doing what I was told I could do. Canceled my membership on the spot. Would recommend trying somewhere else. No wonder this gym does not have many members. His to coaches were actually very friendly and helpful but the owner tim is clearly a little high on himself and did not respect me as a customer and member of his gym even though he never saw me train and is hardly there. I have never been disrespected like that by an owner of a company I don't feel like going into all the details of the brief conversation we had but just know I had a very bad experience there, and by the fact there are not many members of his gym at the West bend facility I imagine that many others have felt similarly and left.”

“Great team they’re very knowledgeable and professional. We were drawn by the amount of classes offered throughout the week that can easily fit a demanding schedule for our kids. The flexibility of going to all classes M-Th or balancing a couple to still be able to build on the foundations of Jiu Jitsu works for us. On top of that the gym offers Gi and no-Gi days throughout the week again having another flexible option. The facility is a new location for the business that is under TLC. Improvements are a continuous phase as of lately and we do like to see the progress. All the construction and facility maintenance just reassures us that the facility is getting the much needed attention and we appreciate it as a weekly customer. We cannot wait to see and to be able to use what new changes that are coming to Neutral Grounds!”
