“Great family oriented gym! My son and I have been coming to No Surrender Athletics for 6 months and have enjoyed every class. The instructors are great teachers and everyone is very personable and helpful. This is also the only gym i have found to run adult and kids classes simultaneously, which has allowed my son and I to train in our own classes at the same time without being at the gym for multiple hours.”

“The absolute best in the business. The gym culture is safe and loving, caring and patient, competent and efficient. I cannot say enough positive things. This has been my jiu jitsu home for nearly 3 years now and I can’t imagine training with anyone else. Great for all ages.”
