“I was exploring the west coast last week and didn't want to go too long without getting in some bjj. I dropped in for a 9am weekday session to train to get some rolls. The team itself was made up of excellent training partners who make you feel like part of their community! Head coach Tryfon himself was also highly knowledgeable and an effective communicator. Overall this is a great school! If you're new to bjj or someone seasoned, I would join this place if I lived in the area!”
