Whether you’re a white belt or a seasoned competitor, there’s a feeling of camaraderie and mutual respect that makes training here enjoyable. Kids program awesome! They have games at the end of each practice, coach Paulo and Tryfon very supportive, helping kids with mental games!”

“I have nothing but positive things to say about this gym. Let's start off with Tryfon and the coaching team. they are knowledgeable, warm, and are just overall amazing people. The class schedule is huge, allowing a ton of flexibility if you want to train in the morning or evenings. And, the mat space is huge, so it can accommodate a ton of people. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to train.”

“If you're looking for a great Jiu Jitsu academy, look no further than North Bay Jiu Jitsu! This place has everything you need to get started, whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner. The instructors are top-notch and have a wealth of experience in Jiu Jitsu, and the curriculum is well-organized and designed to help you learn faster. Plus, the facility is fantastic, with 3 large mat areas, 4 bathrooms, and even a weight room! But what really sets North Bay Jiu Jitsu apart is the welcoming and supportive environment. No matter your skill level, gender, or age, you'll be treated with respect and encouraged to grow and improve. I've been training here for a while now and have seen my skills and confidence grow tremendously. Highly recommended!”
