“Love this gym. Great people, great instructors, great Jiu Jitsu. I have been a student at many different gyms (three just during blue belt!) but NorthSouth really is a special gym. They have a lot of bjj classes as well as classes supplemental to Jiu Jitsu such as yoga, strength and conditioning, comp, etc. The vibe is ego free and very friendly to newcomers and folks of all shapes and sizes. My parents visited recently and mother who was a teacher for 40+ was *very* impressed with the quality of instruction. If it is good enough for Mrs. Funk then I promise it will be good enough for you. Come visit us sometime.”

“Exceptional gym with an incredibly friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Adam and Karen, the owners, create an environment where everyone feels like family. I mostly take afternoon classes and the coaching from Mario and Lius is truly outstanding. Having gone to other martial arts gyms in the past, I can say NorthSouth is on another level. It is great for all levels and has been an awesome place to train!”
