“I highly recommend this gym. James is a wonderful and careful instructor and his passion is evident in each of his classes. My daughter (7yo) has learned so much already and remains focused throughout the class. Not to mention the fun she has! She looks forward to going each and every time. The environment is very family oriented and often feels like we are all family ourselves. I will even be signing up for the adult classes very soon!”

“Our family has been going to this gym for a little over a month now and I absolutely love it! This is our first experience with Jiujitsu, but James has been an amazing instructor. Its only been 4 or 5 weeks but I feel like I have learned so much, and my family has all developed a love for Jiujitsu. So excited to see where it brings us in the future! For reference, we have a 6 year old in his younger kids class, and 2 adults in the adult sessions. I highly recommend this gym!”

“My 4 year old son wanted to try jiu-jitsu. A quick Google search led us to Notorious Jiu-Jitsu. My son has been attending for a few weeks. James is always patient, even when my son isn't on his best behavior or struggles with learning the exercises. James was very helpful in ordering a gi, easy to get a hold of and answers any questions. My son is enjoying the classes and always excited to go!”

“I have known James now for a little over three years and change. He loves and bleeds jiu jitsu and what he has created here is what we all need. 1. Solid fundamentals 2. A safe place to learn the gentle art. 3. Family friendly with lots of laughs for all. I say this with no reservations that if you are looking for an introduction to jiu jitsu for yourself, child,or a spouse this is the place to do it. I hope to see you on the mats soon learning what James showed me and knew all along, Jiu Jitsu is awesome.”
