“Beautiful open space to watch training from anyplace in the room. Ample seating area. Clean, good quality mats for training on and a kid friendly space for all ages. Definitely stop by and see for yourself!”

“Nova has helped my kids to have confidence. It provides the kids with exercise, and knowledge on how to defend against a bully or attacker. The coaches are amazing, they're always watching the kid's making sure they are doing the moves safely, and that they stay safe. Putting our kids in Nova was one of the best decisions we've ever made.”

“Great place to train. We dropped in while on vacation and had a great time. Everyone was friendly and had great high level BJJ. We will definitely be coming back to train when we are in town. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in learning BJJ great environment for learning.”
