“I was visiting the area from Chicago and contacted Chris, the owner, a few days prior to my arrival through the website. He responded quickly with the class schedule and said I could drop in to train for a class. I opted for the 6:30am no gi class and was not disappointed! Early in the morning I pulled up to a nice, clean gym, and everyone there made me feel very welcome. Chris taught the class and is a great teacher. His explanations were clear and he went through the group during drilling to make sure everyone understood. Rolling at the end of class was also a good workout and great fun. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to check out the evening gi class, but I will be sure to make a return visit the next time I'm in the area!”

I have been training here for a little over a year and everyone is so friendly and ready to help each other. The environment is fun and welcoming yet still healthily competitive. The owner is fantastic and every instructor is there to help you learn and be better. Overall a fantastic place to train and I enjoyed every minute there.”

“We have gone to only 4 sessions so far but I am VERY IMPRESSED with them. All of the coach professors are patient and kind. They take the time to make sure each child fully understands what they are doing. They are encouraging and they make sure to tell each student "good job" when they are doing it right. My daughter has had zero experience previously but the coach professors jump right in and show her. They take their time and encourage her to keep trying. I was afraid on the first day with her being the "new kid" but all the kids and the coach professors treated her like she had been there for years. I definitely recommend this location. The people there are amazing and so welcoming. Can't wait to see where this takes my daughter.”

“Great teacher, great community, and great facility! I was able to join for one NoGi class while I was in town visiting my family and if I lived in this area, I would certainly love to sign up here. For the class I joined, we practiced light rolls into learning new techniques, practicing with our partner, and then rolling with different partners at 6 minute intervals. Really fun class and positive experience. Highly recommended for all people in this general Atlanta area to come out and join Nucleus BJJ.
