“I have known and trained with Phil since around 2009. He’s been around the Jiu-Jitsu game way longer than that. He brings a well-rounded approach jiu jitsu, incorporating not only his gi and nogi Jiu-Jitsu experience, but his time both competing and coaching Wrestling at the high school level. I love and appreciate the tight knit group of people that make up the team. He’s been a pillar in the OB/Point Loma community for years. I would definitely recommend stopping by and hitting the mats!”
