“My family and I came to visit Maui and stumbled onto Ohana jiu jitsu in Maui. It is a wonderful place to train at if you are in Maui. The rooftop jiu jitsu is a major plus and we were able to see the wonderful view of the sunset prior to class starting. Professor Rodrigo Fanti is such a cool, chill and great teacher. They had welcome us with open arms. We will definitely be back when we come back to Maui. Oss!”

“Travelling from Canada, I have been amazed by this gym. Professor Rodrigo is knowledgeable, fun, great with kids and the team with him is amazing. I trained twice there, on the second day , one of the students ( Devin I am looking at you buddy !) brought me a Gi so I could train properly. If that is not a good teammate ! To summarize Great coach, great teammates, an open gym so you can enjoy the sunset while training instead of being in a sweaty basement with neon lights. If I was living in Maui this will be the gym I would go and bring my daughter to. Thank you again for everything”

“I'm in town on vacation and dropped in for a Wednesday night class. I got there early and was able to watch about half of the kids class. It was a big group with a mix of ages and skill levels. For the adult class, we had maybe 20-25 people on the mat. I was impressed with the detailed instruction, clear guidance, and personalized adjustments. The open-air rooftop setting was incredible and the cool evening breeze was welcomed when we started rolling. Highly recommend.”

“I visited here while on vacation, the instructor Rodrigo Fanti and his students were very welcoming. I did not pack a gi and everyone was willing to roll nogi with me. The instruction was very old school jiujitsu; Rodrigo is highly experienced and enjoys teaching. The school itself is beautiful and on top of a roof where the breeze and outdoor air keep you cool. If you are visiting Maui you shouldn’t hesitate to drop in, if you are local you should definitely enroll in his classes!”
