“We've been at One for a year and a half and love it. The Professors are encouraging and patient. No one in our family did a contact sport prior to starting Jiujitsu, so our learning curve is steep. The higher belts here are also so kind. This place has a very inclusive and inspiring culture. They have plenty of classes to fit various levels and schedules and an awesome monthly women's class.”

“I take my almost 7 year old here, she loves it! Class size is almost 30 kids, class says for 30 mins but goes on for about 40-45 mins, we love it. They know her name, they teach her wrestling , what kid wouldn’t like it?”

“This place is amazing. As a former Army combatives instructor, and former law enforcement, I wanted somewhere for my 5 year old daughter to learn jiu-jitsu. I am so glad we found ONE jiu-jitsu. Watching her go from a 5 year old with a high energy, low attention span, to a high energy, highly focused, disciplined competitor has been a highlight of being a father. The instructors are all great with the kids and the classes are top notch. Saturdays are shorter classes, but they're my favorite because the kids usually get to roll with each other. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to any parent looking for jiu-jitsu classes for their kids of any age or skill level.”

“My child attend this studio, so this is a perspective of a parent. Professor Mo is so gentle and patient with children. There are regularly 6 instructors, with typically 4 black belts and blue or above. My child has really grown in the sevaral months we've been here. I looked at several studios and disciplines and the most pointed to here. It does get crowded, but with so many instructors, every child gets attention. The youth class is broken into 2 sections, 1 for learners, that my child is in. The other side is more advanced and these kids are legit. I encourage any parent in the area to give this studio a try. Also, with kids that may have difficulty trying new things, the instructors are so encouraging. I really wish I had this kind of environment when I was younger.”
